We don’t just help people buy and sell homes. What sets John L. Scott apart is our belief in Living Life as a Contribution™.

Our broker associates live here in our community and they are dedicated to helping it thrive. They keep up to date on market trends and forecasts in their neighborhoods, which makes them the hyperlocal experts you need whether you are buying or selling a home.

Commitment to Serve

As part of our commitment to serve the communities of the Northwest, we’ve established the John L. Scott Foundation. Funded by the contributions of associates and employees, the John L. Scott Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that children in our communities receive quality medical care, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.

Core Value

As a company, our core value is “Living Life as a Contribution™”. Through our sponsored events, the John L. Scott Foundation raises millions of dollars for more than 15 different children’s hospitals in the Northwest. Together, we are working to make tough times a little easier for families in need.

Since 1980, this family owned company has been led by Lennox Scott, a visionary leader who lives and transmits the values of giving more than you take. It's the way he wants his brokers to treat their clients, the sellers and buyers John L Scott represents every day. And it's the way he wants his managers to treat their brokers.

That underlying philosophy is the reason I have been a broker with John L Scott for 12 years. It's also the reason I focused on entering management and welcomed the opportunity to lead the West Hills office. My passion has always been to give. That's why I started as a teacher. And it's always been my philosophy in my real estate business. I am now able to do both. I continue to serve my sellers and buyers and I love my new venture to serve our West Hills brokers.

Giving value will mean different things to different brokers. The new agents will be attracted to the extensive training and learning the essential ropes of the business. The experienced agents will seek and get the analysis of their existing business, leading to the constructive recommendations for changes that will allow them to take their business to the next level. In all cases, the great tools that John L Scott offers make it easier to excel, to do more business, and to attain success.

West Hills is the absolute best office to work out of - John L. Scott is very supportive, but what makes the office shine are th epeople; they are kind, quirky and willing to share to help you accomplish your goals. Sebastian is always a source of information and aid. You could not find a better place to call home.

The John L. Scott West Hills office provides a supportive, energetic environment for Realtors. Sebastian has done a great job taking over as the branch manager and bringing fresh ideas and training to keep us on top of this ever evolving business. Our front office manager, Kelly, is always willing to assist with IT support and transaction management. Iv'e been an agent with John L. Scott Real Estate for twelve years and have been very happy with my choice of career and real estate company.

I really appreciate all of the support I receive from both Kelly and Sebastian. They are always availiable to help!
